In the news recently there have been two accounts of folks being arrested for the mistreatment of dogs. One person was arrested for pouring gasoline on a dog and setting it on fire. In the other case a man was arrested for tossing a dog into traffic and causing its death. Thankfully, the dog set on fire survived. Certainly both of these perpetrators of such vicious, unmerciful acts should be punished. |
